COMMISION CONTRACT:

By requesting a commission, you agree to:

Pay a 10% initial payment.

Pay the remaining 90% upon completion.

Pay a 20% cancellation fee upon cancellation of the commission.

Give at least three weeks to a month for completion of the commission not including delivery time.
